A CLASSIC MORGAN VS THE NEW MORGAN
SUPERSPORT

I have to be honest in that I am yet to drive the new Supersport. It’s something I’m desperately keen to do but, for now
at least, I have had to settle for staring lovingly at the images of this new beautiful car.
However, as I mentioned earlier, when it comes to classic Morgans, I’ve driven a few. Most recently was a 1987 Morgan
4/4.
This particular car was one that I really enjoyed. It started straight away, ran beautifully, and handled like a true sports
car. It was light, had very responsive steering, and seemed to react fairly well to every input I gave it.
As it was sunny (for a little while anyway), I had the roof down and it was nice just to get out on the road, hear the noise
of the engine, and wave at the various people who acknowledged how beautiful the car was. I didn’t stop to speak to
them but, in my mind, they were giving me a nod of approval that I was
