Whatever you’re struggling with, Ben’s here to help. We’re here to listen and offer you the support that you need, based on
your own personal circumstances. Upon listening and appraising the situation, our helpline advisors may refer you to a
dedicated case manager. Based on an initial conversation and a needs assessment, we provide a tailored support plan
which our team works through with you.
Your support plan could include relevant information, advice and guidance but also counselling, life coaching or financial
assistance, including ways to manage your money. We work with people to claim benefits they are entitled to and
investigate specific funded support options. We also support people with a wide range of other challenges including
illness, anxiety, depression, bereavement and loneliness.
Our support is varied and our approach focuses on looking at all the issues as a whole,
with the aim of getting to the root cause of problems. Our ongoing one-to-one support is
designed to provide the right support at the right time and the confidence to make
lasting, positive changes to help people get their lives back on track - for good.
We also offer online tips, advice and tools to help people live and work well. Information and tips about a range of topics
such as money worries, debt, mental health, loneliness and bullying provide much-needed support to help prevent issues
arising or developing into a crisis. This overall approach for helping people empowers them to make truly lasting positive
change, and it’s working.
If you are struggling to cope and need to talk, Ben is here for you, day or night, 24/7. Our support is free and confidential.
